Billing and Insurance

Here's what you as a patient can expect from us, and your Insurance Company. 

Clarity Lab Solutions performs testing that is ordered by your healthcare provider. We in turn report the results back to your provider, in order to effectively create better health care services and outcomes through our advanced testing platforms.

We will bill your insurance provider during this process. You may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider during the claim process. Don't worry, this isn't a bill.

You also may receive a letter from your insurance provider stating that the services rendered by Clarity Lab Solutions were not covered. There are various reasons why this may happen. Rest assured, we will receive this same letter from your insurance company, and we will work with your healthcare provider to take care of whatever the issue may be. You are not required to do anything.

If your insurance company covered the tests performed by our lab, but left you with a co-pay, coinsurance, or deductible, you will receive a bill from us. If you do receive a bill, please do not hesitate to call us at  (800)-248-1639 ext 132. The Clarity Cares financial assistance program is available for patients that qualify. We are here to help!
